Cancellation Policy

By participating in coaching, tutoring, assessment, and or consultation services with Erin Carroll, MA at rit. Learning & Consulting, I understand that these services are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for a psychoeducational/neuropsychological evaluation, professional mental health services, or medical care. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my and/or my child’s well-being during coaching and intervention sessions and any related participation in classes or workshops. I understand that the coaching, educational, and consultation services are provided 'as is' without any warranties. rit. Learning & Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes but offers direct learning support as well as opinions, comments, ideas, and suggestions to aid me and my child in achieving our goals. Scheduled consultations do not guarantee future services. I acknowledge the confidentiality of shared information and the risks associated with using technology for communication. I assume full responsibility for any associated risks and release Erin Carroll and associated parties from any claims or damages. I confirm that I have the legal ability to give my informed consent and give permission to participate in these coaching services with Erin Carroll, MA.
